Returns and lead times
Stock upholstered chairs typically ship in 2–3 days; some frames are stained to order and ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom-upholstered and stained-to-order chairs can't be cancelled or returned, so confirm fabric and finish before ordering. Upholstery carries a 1-year warranty and frames a 3-year structural warranty from the ship date.
Care
Vacuum crumbs from seams daily and wipe spills promptly. Treat upholstered chairs as indoor seating.
Pricing
The minimum is 4 chairs per item. Per-chair pricing drops at 6, 20, 60 and 100, and matching seating is available in upholstered bar stools.

What warranty covers the upholstery?
Upholstery and finishes carry a 1-year warranty, and frames carry a 3-year structural warranty, both counted from the ship date. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
