Can I order upholstered chairs in my own fabric?

Yes. Custom fabrics and COM (customer's own material) are available by quote, typically in 14–20 weeks. Custom-upholstered chairs can't be cancelled or returned, so confirm the fabric first.

How do I clean faux leather restaurant chairs?

Wipe faux leather with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it. Avoid harsh solvents, which can dull the surface over time, and vacuum crumbs from seams daily.

Can upholstered chairs be used outdoors?

No. Upholstered chairs are intended for indoor use. For patios, choose aluminum frame or poly-molded chairs, which are rated for indoor and outdoor use and are UV-resistant.

What warranty covers the upholstery?

Upholstery and finishes carry a 1-year warranty, and frames carry a 3-year structural warranty, both counted from the ship date. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
