Most seating and table bases in the Quick Ship store are in stock at our warehouse, and orders typically ship in 2–3 days from order and payment to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Wood, laminate and outdoor table tops ship in 1–2 weeks. Quartz, granite and sintered stone tops ship in 2–3 weeks. Each product page shows its ship time.
How your order ships
- Chairs, stools and lounge seating ship fully assembled from our factory — no assembly needed.
- Table bases ship unassembled. The hardware to bolt the column, base and top plate together is included. Orders of up to 4 bases ship in individual cartons; orders of 5 or more ship together on a pallet by LTL freight.
- Table tops ship separately from bases, packed flat in their own carton. Orders of 1 or 2 tops ship as individual cartons; orders of 3 or more tops ship together on a pallet by LTL freight.
- Smaller orders (up to about 8 chairs or 6 bar stools) ship by parcel carrier, one carton per piece.
- Larger orders ship on pallets by LTL freight. A pallet holds about 8 chairs or 6 bar stools.
- Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your items and delivery address, using our negotiated carrier rates.
- We’ll email tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse. For freight shipments the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
Canada
We ship Quick Ship orders to Canada. Border crossing can add a few days to transit time. Any duties, brokerage or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
At delivery
Please count every carton and inspect for damage before signing. Note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email us at info@contractseatingforless.com right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
