How fast will my order ship?
Quick Ship items are in stock and typically ship in 2–3 days from order and payment. Transit time depends on your location; Canadian orders can take a few extra days to clear the border.
Is there a minimum order?
Most Quick Ship items have a minimum of 4 pieces per item, shown on each product page. You can mix finishes or options of the same item to reach the minimum.
Can I buy for my home?
Our furniture is made and warranted for commercial use, so we sell it for commercial projects — restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, venues and similar spaces — rather than for residential or personal use.
Do chairs arrive assembled?
Yes. All seating ships fully assembled from our factory. Tables ship with the top and base packed separately, with attaching hardware included.
How strong are the chairs?
Our products are tested to 400 lbs and built to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. Most wood pieces use mortise-and-tenon joinery and metal frames are welded rather than bolted, so they hold up in high-traffic spaces.
Can I get a different finish, fabric or more pieces than you have in stock?
Yes — nearly everything we make can be built to order in other finishes, fabrics or your own material (COM). Custom orders typically take 14–20 weeks, and many can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Request a quote and tell us what you need.
Can I get a sample first?
For most products we can send a sample for a sit test, plus finish swatches. Contact us and we’ll walk you through our sample loan program.
We’re tax-exempt. How do we order?
Please contact us before ordering with your exemption or resale certificate so we can set up your order correctly.
Are the outdoor chairs really outdoor-rated?
Items marked Indoor/Outdoor, including our poly-molded all-weather chairs, are UV-resistant and suited for year-round outdoor use. Items marked Indoor Only should stay in conditioned spaces.
Are all finishes in stock?
Items offered in a single finish have pre-stained frames and typically ship in 2–3 days. Items that let you choose from several wood finishes are stained to order and ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom stained or custom upholstered pieces can’t be cancelled once ordered and can’t be returned. Each product page shows which applies.
Do table bases come assembled?
No. Table bases ship unassembled. The column, base and top plate bolt together, and the hardware is included. Table tops are sold separately.
How fast do table tops ship?
Wood, laminate and outdoor table tops ship in 1–2 weeks. Quartz, granite and sintered stone tops ship in 2–3 weeks. Tops have no minimum order, and volume pricing starts at 10 pieces.
Can I use stone tops outdoors?
Yes. Quartz, granite and sintered stone tops, our HPL tops and our aluminum-frame tops are rated for indoor and outdoor use. Wood butcher block, live edge and standard laminate tops are for indoor use only.
Can I return an item?
Yes, if you request it within 3 days of delivery and we authorize it before it ships back. Items must be undamaged and in new condition. Refunds are less the original shipping cost, and the buyer pays return shipping. Items stained, upholstered or customized to order can’t be returned. See Returns & Cancellations.

3 years on frame structural integrity and 1 year on finish and upholstery, from the ship date. See Warranty for details.
