Our products are built for demanding commercial use and backed by our limited warranty, which runs from the date of shipment:
- Frame structural integrity: 3 years
- Finish and upholstery: 1 year
Keeping your warranty valid
The warranty requires proper maintenance, including keeping hardware tight. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from harsh cleaners, or wood products used outdoors or in non-conditioned spaces.
Making a claim
Send written notice with photos to info@contractseatingforless.com within 30 days of discovering the issue. We will repair or replace the product at our option.
