Commercial use
Contract Seating For Less sells commercial (contract-grade) furniture. Products are designed, tested and warranted for commercial settings such as restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos and other hospitality and commercial projects. By placing an order you confirm the furniture is being purchased for a commercial project and not for residential or personal use.
Minimum order
Unless noted on the product page, items have a minimum order of 4 pieces per item. Where an item has options (such as finishes), the minimum can be combined across options. If fewer pieces than the minimum remain in stock, you may purchase the remaining quantity.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars per piece. Payment is due in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. If your business is tax-exempt or buying for resale, please contact us before ordering so we can keep your certificate on file.
Availability
Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or refund that item.
Shipping
See Shipping & Delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier; we’ll assist with any freight damage claim.
Returns, cancellations and warranty
Custom orders (stained, upholstered or otherwise customized to order) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and cannot be returned. See Returns & Cancellations and our Warranty.
Care and use
Follow our care guide, keep hardware tight and use products as intended. Wood products are not for outdoor or non-conditioned spaces unless the product is specifically rated for outdoor use.
